ZDS teamed with Chapman Technical Group for the project that included evaluation of the existing steam distribution system from a central boiler plant to buildings #5, #6, #7, #8 and #28. Following the evaluation, and as determined by the Owner, Construction Documents were developed for new/replacement of existing piping, valves, manholes, building connections and condensate recovery. The project required coordinating with three other building renovation projects involving two different design teams and was completed on schedule and within budgetary limits.
