Prime Consultant: Engineering Master Planning, Phasing development to match funding, energy analysis, Mechanical and Electrical design, bidding and construction administration services for retrofitting the school. School retrofitted over five phases due to funding. Project included comprehensive HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and supporting work. The project qualified for EPAct due to the energy efficient design.
