 The Public Service Commission Headquarters, located in downtown Charleston, is a 48,000 SF three-story office building with four atriums.  ZDS upgraded the Mechanical/Electrical systems as well as  provided energy analysis. The quiet HVAC system uses the atriums as the means to draw air back to the major air handling units, providing a creative way to both condition the atriums and provide a cost effective way to address the return air.
