Smith Fastener Company

Smith Fastener Company, Inc. was founded in 1965 and has grown into a complete fastener specialty house.  The three generation company continues to grow and built a new office/warehouse facility.  The office space consisted of 10,000 SF single-story quality office space which included locker rooms, lunch room, administrative spaces and meeting rooms plus 60,000 square-feet of warehouse/shop space.  The warehouse houses inventory and includes a stud fabrication shop, a machine shop and Xylan coating shop.  ZDS assisted in the MEP systems engineering for this design-build project.
