Project Cost $20,200,000; Size: 152,000 ft²

ZDS provided Engineering Master Planning, Phasing development to match funding, energy analysis, Mechanical and Electrical design, bidding and construction administration services for retrofitting the school.  Project included comprehen­sive HVAC, electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and supporting work.  Qualified for EPAct with the HVAC and lighting energy usage at over 50% less than a school designed under ASHRAE 90.1-2001.
