Charleston Area Medical Center – Memorial Division

Prior to forming ZDS, Todd Zachwieja, Ted Zachwieja, and Jim Watters were involved at CAMC with review of the design and commissioning of a $40 million surgery addition to the Memorial Division campus. This work paid for itself in less than two years from the savings generated and addressed maintenance reliability and future expandability issues. Their involvement at this location included Emergency Room Renovations, Patient  Room Renovations, Chiller Replacement/Interconnect, Boiler Systems, Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Renovations, Cath Lab, SICU, MICU Renovations and CT Scan, Emergency Generator, Fuel Oil Storage, Surgery Addition Commissioning, and Laundry Facility Renovations.
